Learn and Share

We hope you enjoy the resources and materials in our Let's Learn section.  One of the greatest things you can do is learn, engage, and then share with your friends.  Take the information into classrooms and community meetings.  When you do, incorporate the needs of the hungry who are able to take advantage of tips like those shown below through local food banks and pantries throughout the country.  Advocate!  Inspire!  Share!...all in your local community.  Go ahead...make a difference!

USDA Tips and Downloads

Many of the best materials about nutrition on the web are provided by the USDA (www.cnpp.usda.gov).  We've shared some of the Ten Tips sheets created by the USDA below.  Click around.  Share the wealth of information and while you do, please remember our food insecure friends in Hall County.  Help us make nutritious meals a reality for the food insecure.  Help us move nutrition out of the brochure and into their hands.

We served 4,485 food insecure  individuals in 2021!

28.7% of the total individuals we served in 2021 were children!
